Shipping policy

We deliver orders over EUR 100.00 within Germany free of charge. Under 100€ order value shipping costs will be charged and indicated in the check out.

The following products are excluded from this: Wing/SUP and kite surf boards as well as large travel bags for boards. The blocking surcharge will be indicated in the check out
In addition, the shipping costs outside Germany are calculated individually depending on the country of delivery and weight and are indicated in the check out.

All products listed in the check out with a delivery time of 2-4 days are actually in stock in Hamburg and are usually handed over to the shipping service provider within 1-2 working days (subject to warehousing errors).

All products listed with a delivery time of 4-8 days are available from stock in France (subject to prior sale and errors in stock) and will be sent directly to you from there if you order from the following countries:
Germany, Austria
If you order from another EU country or from a non-EU country, the goods will first be sent from the French warehouse to us in Hamburg and we will then send them on to you by return post. This may extend the stated delivery time by a few days.


Our GTC apply to contracts for goods and services offered in this online store.

We refer to the reservation in our GTC to provide a service of equivalent price and quality or to refrain from providing the service altogether in the event that goods or services are not available.
