Brainchild verwendet sowohl für die aufblasbare Struktur als auch für die Kappe der Kites innovative, hochtechnologische und besonders leichte Materialien. Stärke und Leichtigkeit sind für unglaubliche Flugleistungen garantiert.

Der TRIGGER Brainchild profitiert insbesondere von der neuesten Entwicklung von recyceltem Kappenmaterial, das auf dem Markt erhältlich ist. Die für diesen Kite verwendeten Materialien sind zu 48% recycelt, ungefärbt und ungebleicht, um so umweltfreundlich wie möglich zu sein.

PROWELD

PROWELD ist ein von Ralf Grösel entwickeltes und patentiertes System, das die Kiteherstellung revolutioniert.

Die Segmente der Tubes des Kites werden verschweißt anstatt genäht. Das erhöht die Steifigkeit der Kite-Struktur während zugleicht Gewicht gespart wird.
Die Schweißnähte werden von innen zusätzlich verklebt, um die Haltbarkeit zu erhöhen. Zudem werden die Bladder geschont.

Durch das PROWELD Verfahren erhält der Kite ein sehr direktes Bar-Feedback und eine herausragende Reaktionsfreudigkeit.


Digital Printing with Ecoink

BRAINCHILD Production hat ein einzigartiges Verfahren entwickelt, um Materialien digital zu bedrucken und dabei ausschließlich Eco Solvent Ink zu verwenden. Im Vergleich zu gefärbten Stoffen wird beim Druck viermal weniger Wasser verbraucht. Außerdem werden nur weiße Stoffe für das Basis-Tuchmaterial verwendet, was bedeutet, dass keine gefärbten Stoffreste verschwendet werden oder ein Mangel an farbigen Stoffen auftritt. Dieses einzigartige Verfahren macht auch die Ressourcenplanung wesentlich einfacher.

Brainchild Valve

Das umweltfreundliche One-Pump-System mit großen Durchmesser garantiert optimalen Luftstrom und somit schnelles Aufblasen des Kite sowie ablassen der Luft aus dem Kite.
